Hydroponics update
Noah has experimented with several ways of hydroponic gardening. It has been a great learning experience and he is carefully tending to his little 'charges' as they stretch towards the light and spread out their tiny leaves.
Prosecutor
Lukas and his Challenge B class participated in a mock trial. Lukas was assigned the role of prosecutor, delivering the opening statement as well as performing intense cross-examinations of witnesses. He and his team have worked hard for a long time and the mock trial was the culmination of all their efforts. They did a fantastic job, were not rattled by changes and unexpected events, but rather rose to the challenge and nailed their side both times. Well done!
Lukas opted to celebrate his 'win' with tasty Mac'n'Cheeze before heading to church for youth group.
Noah's map in progress
Noah has invested a lot of time in memorizing the world map. He is meticulous, careful, and exact and his maps are proofs of his efforts.
It is finally spring!
Some celebrate spring with a bonfire, some by planting flowers, we celebrate by removing the plastic off our windows. It is once again possible to open the windows and bring in some fresh air.
Nice hair do
Lukas finally found time to cut his hair... and he needed time... "moving overgrown grass takes time.
