The most recent construction at our house is taking place outside, in what was neglected yet still functioning flower beds. The boys decided to apply their digging skills perfected at the beach in our yard and it did not take long before the hole was large enough for hide out.
Lukas and Noah quickly began the process to make this a comfortable and cozy hide out - complete with strung lights, tarp and trap door.
Noah even wanted me to see how he could do his school work sitting in the hole and using the board as a table/backing for his writing....
I am glad that I do not have to clean it... washing the clothes that come out of the hole is more than enough.
