Birthday dinner

Lukas special birthday dinner was served up on our 15th anniversary of getting engaged, so it was a double celebration complete with fine china, crystal, champagne and our boys 'dressed up' in their nicest t-shirts. That is the benefit of celebrating at home, no need to get all gussied up.

Scallops wrapped in bacon
Crusted Coho Salmon
Sweet glazed Coho Salmon
Oven roasted potatoes
Spinach and strawberry salad
Green bean casserole
Award winning Caramel Apple pie

Drinks - Root Beer and Seven Up; for the adults Champagne.
