Polar Bear

While Mamma and Noah stayed warm, Lukas and Bob headed out for a weekend of backpacking/hiking/camping with the Boy Scouts. The temperature that had hovered around the freezing mark, took a sharp nosedive just in time to load the car and head out.
They hiked 10 miles over two days, most of the hiking was done in Saturday, which meant we were back as a foursome family just in time for lunch and well deserved Sunday afternoon naps. Hot showers, warm clothes and Bob and Lukas brought the body temperature up and Lukas was very happy with his accomplishment.
