Lukas the Bread Baker
Mormor and Morfar gave Lukas a bread baking cookbook this summer. He is about to perfect one of the recipes, moving the dough with spatulas to carefully preserve the large air bubbles that make for crusty, chewy, and delicious gourmet sandwich bread.
