We finally made it to Riksgransen and slept in a hostel to allow our backs a bit of reprieve from the ground. The glorious summer weather that had followed us all the way up the coast disappeared and we encountered wind, clouds, and quite chilly temperatures. We were so thankful for the hostel room. The boys woke up to see the midnight sun, but the sun was hiding behind the clouds and they happily returned to bed. Bob and I headed outside and then walked up to the hotel bar for a drink.
