Market Shopping

I uncovered another little local market as I explored the neighborhood on Saturday.  I came home with vegetables for a salad, ginger and onion for the pork, and even some fruit. I think I spent $2.
It was fun to people watch and browse the little shops on the perimeter of the market.  Surprisingly many of these small shops sold imported hard liquor next to 10 cents bowls and 50 cents colanders.

At the front of the market were the meat vendors. Blowtorch is one way to remove hair and other impurities from the pork leg.
