Big trees

can you hear the parents directing "look here, smile, no funny faces, look here....????"

The day after Christmas some of the family opted for a trip to see the Redwoods and Sequoia trees. Unfortunately, it rained, but it did not stop the running, jumping, playing and chatting that took places as we waded through mud and water puddles. The intended longer hike was quickly replaced by the short loop walk and we made it back just as the rain began to pour down - the trickle replaced by buckets. The scenery is impressive nevertheless.
