What better way to honor your most favorite Veteran than a fun family trip? We took advantage of the long weekend and headed to Canada. Although one can head south to get to Canada, if we head north we are only 30 minutes from the border.
We spent our first day in Toronto, checking out Chinatown, Kensington Market, the CN Tower and the history district of the city. A fun day that started at home and ended in Mississauga long past everyone's bedtime.
Once on the Canadian side, the landscape is very rural, farm land and fields and then a metropolitan city! Stark contrasts.
