Really far up

CN Tower in Toronto was once the world's tallest freestanding building, but has since descended on the list as new buildings clamoring to take the coveted spot appear. We enjoyed a late afternoon visit to this amazing structure.  The weather did not cooperate, or maybe did cooperate to save us some money, as the tallest observation deck was closed. We could 'only' ascend to 1135 ft, and then head down to 1122 feet to explore the view 'al fresco' as we walked around the open air observation deck.
Both boys enjoyed forcing their parents on to the glass floor that allows a clear view of the city a mere 1,122 ft below. Although Lukas and Noah both stepped gingerly initially, once they were on the glass floor, it was hard to get them off, not so with their parents.
