Everglades

We spent a few hours walking around a trail in the Everglades. The trail gave us up front and close view of a variety of birds, and of course the alligators. While driving to the park, Noah taught us the difference between an alligator and a crocodile, and despite alligators being the smaller of the two species, I think I will maintain a respectable distance.
After completing the loop out of the Anahinga Trail, we made a quick exploration of the rain forest trail - two such distinct biomes in one place. The Royal Palm tree swayed majestically in the light breeze.

All of us were amazed at the varied wildlife that we saw and the cameras' sd cards are filled with the evidence. There are plenty of photos of alligator teeth, is there a future dentist in our midst?
