A meal fit for a royalty

We packed up the car and headed south and west for Christmas, A bit of pre-planning and night before packing along with the pleasant one hour time gain as we drove west was all that was needed to make it to Carl Junction in time for dinner. And what a dinner it was, a feast suitable for kings - it tasted delicious and the presentation was even more exquisite - there was even tooth picks involved to make sure the greenery stayed in place, not a slightest detail was overlooked when Bev and Joel headed up the kitchen. A perfectly tasty way to start off the Christmas visit.
