Exercise

We live on a hill and on the second floor of our apartment building. Every time we leave our apartment we do stairs - there is no elevator.  Noah has counted that one set of stairs down the hill, not including the ones inside the building, has 115  steps and the other set has 120 steps, so we get a bit of exercise as we go about our day. In addition, we head to the track for a bit of running every day. By the time we get back state-side, I think we will have very well developed calf muscles.
