Adrenaline

Saturday morning, after the early wake-up and shopping trip, it was time to pack up the car and say one more round of good byes to dear friends. Lukas and Noah, albeit tired, could not wait to get on the road as our next stops were good friends in Kentucky. Well, the address is Kentucky, but the house is in Tennessee :-)

We rolled into Kentucky/Tennessee late on Saturday evening, by the grace of the time zone difference did we arrive at an appropriate guest arrival time. Our gracious host family treated us like royalty for 36 hours, and the boys made sure few of these precious hours were spent sleeping. 

It was good to see friends we had not seen for a long time. It seems it was just yesterday we last saw each other - the mark of a good friend.  My only regret is not grabbing a picture of all of them - all I caught was two boys and their games :-)
