We learned in Honduras how to eat fruit and vegetables safely - a quick bleach dip. Thank you, Erin! |

Fruit Shopping
We buy most of our fruit from vendors on the street right outside the campus. These vendors only set up in the late afternoon, early evening, which fits perfectly with our walking home from dinner. We are enjoying the inexpensive Asian pears and the mini plums while find it easy to forgo the dragon fruit and the yellow mini plum (does not taste like a plum).
