Woodworking Week 2

Week 2 of woodworking classes are in full swing: new tools, new techniques, new skills. Noah is taking his work seriously.

Bob and Noah's WA Explorations - Week 1

Bob and Noah safely arrived in Washington state. Throughout the week, they have sent us pictures from the school projects as well as their explorations. It has been fun to follow them from afar.
Last week, they learned about planers, how to make the wood piece perfectly square and flat. This week, a new focus and new learning. I have a feeling they will be coming home armed with a long list of Christmas gift suggestions.

Seattle's Eats

Bob and Noah took advantage of the weekend break in classes and headed to Seattle to explore the city. From the pictures, it looks like there was much food tasting. In fairness, they also came home with lots of photos of interesting text books...

Washington Views

Here are a few of the views from Washington and the local area where Bob and Noah stayed while in school.

Travel West

Bob and Noah stopped along the route to explore and to rest. The terrain and the landscape changed drastically and dramatically as they headed further west and north.
