Easter

Noah gave up sweets and desserts for Lent so he was especially excited to see the large, overflowing Easter basket courtesy of Grammy and Pappy. We did not let him take off with it by himself, although he tried a few times - one of the benefits of being the early riser.
The dancing, defecating chicken was the hit of the day - the giggles, the laughs, the gleeful joy was contagious and the boys were so very proud of their idea to replace the colorful gumballs with the discarded brown and black jellybeans that nobody would want to eat anyway.
We celebrated Easter with friends and together rejoiced that Jesus, our Savior, is risen.
