Frozen cherries

When the heat index reaches triple digits, there are few things as delicious as  piece of frozen fruit, and the most perfect is a frozen cherry. Noah helped pit 10 lbs of cherry in anticipation of August heat....

Noah tried to contain the spraying juice to the sink, but ..... now we have a large bottle of cherry vinegar brewing ready for salad dressing made from the pits and left over fruit parts. We will be enjoying cherries for a long time.
