Celebration

Our gracious hosts not only toured us around the island, they served up the best of the food that Iceland can offer. We dined on local specialties, in some cases the chef and the hunter was the same person. The boys have a new appreciation for good meat, for smoked meat, and for cured meat. Although they did not favor some of these culinary delicacies as much as others, they bravely tried them all. I think everyone found a new favorite food.
