Seeing Shenzhen With Friends

After a full day of electronics shopping, we enjoyed a leisurely and delicious dinner with friends who live in Shenzhen.  Not only did they treat us to a lovely meal,  but  they also showed  us the sights at night as we walked along what used to be the coastline of the city - now filled in to accommodate more housing, shopping, businesses, and entertainment in this rapidly expanding city at the 'edge of China." The abundant and colorful Christmas displays reminded us that it is indeed December.
